'Keep the party flowing' with refined bar service.
Full bar service available for all your get-togethers. You can select 'Host Bar', 'Cash Bar' or 'Combination Bar' service. Bartenders are fully licensed by the state of Kansas and are subject to the regulations of the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Champagne Toast:
There will be a Corking Fee of $5.00 per bottle when you provide you own wine or champagne and request us to pour and serve for your toast. Host Bar Service: The following prices occur for events when you provide alcoholic beverages at no cost to your guests. Prices are based on a 4-hour event or less. Add $1 per person for each additional hour. Host Bar prices do not include 18% gratuity or applicable sales and liquor taxes.
Cash Bar Service: Your guests purchase their own alcoholic beverages by the drink. Carries a $300 minimum sales requirement (this requirement is waived if Corporate Caterers is also catering your food). These prices include all taxes.
Combination Bar Service: You provide a portion of the alcoholic beverages and your guests purchase others by the drink. Does not carry a minimum sales requirement.
Margarita Machine:
Frozen Drink Mix: $30 Each (1 Mix makes 5 gallons which is approximately equal to 75 nine ounce drinks).

Additional Information: Each Margarita Mix requires 3 liters of Tequila and 1/2 liter of Triple Sec. Daiquiri requires 3 liters of Rum. Alcohol pick-up and delivery is available if needed. Please make arrangements to store machine overnight for next morning pick-up. Delivery Options: $30 ground floor delivery, set-up and pick-up within Wichita. Beer Tubs
5 hour Rental $20 ea.. Ice (about 7 bags required) is available for $2 per 8-10lb. bag - ice delivery included with order. We can also make a second trip to your venue with more ice for a $10 fee. Dimensions: 4'X2'. Recommend 6-8' Banquet Table (allow room for napkins, signage, etc..). Table and Linens not included.
1.) Serve food with your alcoholic beverages to diminish the impact of the alcohol. Re-stock serving trays or hors d'oeuvres regularly. 2.) Provide non-alcoholic beverages to give guests an alternative. If you are serving alcoholic punch, consider a non-alcoholic blend as well. Clearly label all punch bowls. 3.) Consider serving alcohol until one hour before the end of the event. 4.) Never refuse to take the keys away from someone who has had too much to drink. Order Form Contact Us Top of Page
